Who We Are
This website is operated by Kalamazoo Basement Repair. It connects homeowners with local, licensed and insured basement waterproofing and foundation contractors.
What We Collect
When you submit the form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address and description of the problem that you enter. When you call the number on this site we collect your phone number and any details you give during the call. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for the purpose of passing an accurate description to the contractor.
We also collect standard technical information that any website receives, such as the pages visited and the approximate region of the visitor, used only to understand which pages are useful.
How It Is Used
Your details are used for one purpose: to put you in contact with a local contractor who can inspect and quote for the work you have described. That contractor will contact you directly using the details you provide.
Who It Is Shared With
Requests are shared with local, licensed and insured contractors serving your area. We do not sell your details, and we do not distribute a single inquiry to a list of competing companies.
We use third-party services to operate the site and route inquiries, including hosting, telephony and email delivery providers. They process data only to provide those services.
How Long It Is Kept
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping.
Your Choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@kalamazoobasementrepair.com and we will action it.
If you have agreed to receive text messages, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS terms for details.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
